IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE

Potential risk of injury with inner drum of certain washing machines. Owners of affected appliances are requested to read the following safety notice.

In the United Kingdom, a small number of washing machines produced in February 2019 are affected. The model of the machine is WM14T391GB/29.

Our quality checks have revealed potential damage to the connection of the inner drum. Under certain circumstances, this connection could get loose during the spin cycle and thus pose a risk of considerable injury.
BSH requests all consumers that own a Siemens washing machine, model WM14T391GB/29 to check whether their appliance is affected. Every owner of an affected washing machine will receive a replacement free of charge.

The safety of our customers is of utmost importance to us. As a precaution, we advise customers with an affected model to operate your washing machine at a spin speed of 800 rpm or lower until the appliance has been replaced.
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Please call us on our dedicated phone line on 0800 0285 348, which is open seven days a week, if you have problems verifying whether your appliance is affected or if you have any further questions.
